SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

SHIPPING OPTIONS - AUSTRALIA
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 (3-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: $14.95 (1-3 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

SHIPPING OPTIONS - INTERNATIONAL
- Standard International: Calculated at checkout (10-21 business days)
- Express International: Calculated at checkout (5-10 business days)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged on arrival. These are not included in your order total.

DROP RELEASES
1FR operates on a drop model. Some items are pre-order and ship on a specified release date listed on the product page. Mixed orders (in-stock plus pre-order) ship together once all items are available, unless you contact us to request a split shipment.

TRACKING
Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:
1. Check tracking for updates
2. Check with neighbours and your local post office
3. Contact us at hello@1fr.com.au if still missing

We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, 1FR is not liable for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, contact the carrier directly to lodge a claim.
